Brief History
Our cricket club was founded in 2003 from the merger of the oldest cricket club in our Association (Shepparton 1875) with the most successful club (Shepparton Youth Club 1944).
Along the journey both club can boast 21 "A" Grade Premierships as well as a host of other senior and junior premierships.
Our clubs have produced 10 Life Members of the Shepparton Cricket Association and 2 Legend Award recipients.
Both of these clubs have a long and very proud history as a base with the new club focusing on the future and striving to remain a leader in the Shepparton Cricket Association.
Our club currently fields 4 Senior and 4 junior teams competing in the Cricket Shepparton Competition.
The 1st XI & 2nd XI teams play their home games on one of the premier sporting grounds in the Goulburn Valley - Princess Park.
Our 3rd XI & 4th XI teams play on McGregor Oval which is behind the Princess Park Oval (Hard Wicket).
Our Under 16 & 14 junior teams play all home games at Princess Park on turf wickets with Under 12 junior team’s competing on hard wickets.
The Shepparton & Youth Club United CC prides itself on being a tough but fair competitor on field and a club that enjoys the social aspect of the game.
